By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. "The Promoter" refers to Virtually Visiting Ltd and "The Prize" refers to 1 x Oculus Quest 2 VR Headset.

This giveaway closes on 17th of October 2021 at 1700 and is no way affiliated nor endorsed by Oculus.

Entrants must be over 16 years old on the date of their entry and be a resident of Great Britain.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. A valid entry is complete by subscribing to your virtual passport via www.virtuallyvisiting.com/take-a-tour and completing all required fields

One winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 19th of October 2021 and the winner will be notified on or after this date via the email provided during subscription. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and The Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

There is no purchase necessary - winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Any decision by The Promoter regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of The Prize in question. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The Promoter does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Virtually Visiting does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Please allow 14 days for the delivery of the Prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by The Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

An announcement of the winner's first name may be made on The Promoter's social media accounts and/or website.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
